Why are you running for Office?
The main reason I am running for my second term is because I truly love Currituck County. I want to complete some of the projects and issues that we are facing. I think the county is at a “crossroad” and I want to work hard to help the county grow, but also keep it’s charm that makes us the greatest place to live in area and state. I just want to serve and do my very best for ALL the citizen of our county. I think I can make a positive difference in our county government.
Five Issues Facing Currituck
- Infrastructure needs.
- Growth without losing our character.
- Making sure we do not grow too fast to negatively effect our tax rates.
- Preserving our ‘family’ beaches
- Work force
Other Comments
There are many issues facing our county now and there will be more in the future. With residential growth comes needs for more schools, more roads, more services, more everything and we need to continue to be aware of the changes we are making in our county.
To serve all citizens of Currituck County with integrity and honesty to the best of my abilities.
I would appreciate the opportunity to serve the citizens of Currituck County for one more term.
