Moyock, NC – Frank Harol Flora, Sr., 84 of 430 Caratoke Highway, Moyock, NC died Friday, September 4, 2020 at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. He was born January 16, 1936 in Currituck County to the late Thomas Flora and Mary Jane Jones Flora and was the husband of Doris Louise Key Flora of the residence. He was a worker for J. J. Flora Hardware and a meat cutter for Be-Lo Markets. He was a member of Moyock United Methodist Church and attended Moyock Baptist Church. He was a volunteer for the Moyock Fire and Rescue and served as chief for fifteen years and served in the Naval Reserves.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Frank Flora, Jr. of Moyock, NC; a step granddaughter, Grea Lauren Darr of CA; and grandson, Joshua Thomas Webber of AL; and a great grandson, Aiden Webber of AL.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Vic Ramsey officiating at Twiford Memorial Chapel.
